Return & Cancellation Policy for domestic orders

If products are damaged please refer below policy
- If product is physically damaged or wrong product is sent, we do replacement. but opening video is necessary, Customer has to contact within 48 hours of delivery. If replacement of the same product is not possible, we offer refund or replacement with other products of same value.
- Email or WhatsApp us for return/exchange. Contact Us for details and return address.
- We reverse pick up the damaged or wrong product. Customer has to ensure product is safely packed with original packaging. If its not taken care we don’t accept the product.
- If reverse pick up is unavailable with particular address, customer has to use courier which is available in their area and ship it. In such cases customer has to bare the shipping charges.
- We will not be refunding the shipping charges paid by buyer for the order.
Cancellation Policy
- The placed order can be cancelled within 24 hours if not dispatched.
- If any one or more of the ordered item cant be processed for some reason by us, buyer can either opt for cancelling those particular items or ordering the new items for the same or more value. If buyer opt for cancellation, we will refund the product amount
Product is not considered as damaged in below scenarios
- In case of handmade semi precious jewelries , If there is any irregulates to the original pictures shown as said handmade, there might be small human errors which shall not be eligible for return or exchange
- We take all photos in house in day light with premium lenses. Having said that there might be slight changes in color as it depends on monitor or phone screen resolution and color settings. We don’t take return if you feel there is color differences
- If earrings stem is bent. We sometime purposefully bend the stem in order to avoid damage, which can be easily stringed up with out any tools
- If stones are fallen because of transit. This can be fixed with glue
- If rings are detached and beads are fallen it can be fixed easily
- If connoting rings are opened during transit, which can be fixed
- Exchange or Return is not applicable on personalized products.
If product is not damaged, exchange is NOT available.
Our courier partner does max 3 attempts to deliver the product. We will not be able to refund the undelivered prepaid orders. In this case we will notify the buyer for the payment of shipping charges to reship the order again.
We take utmost care while packing your order, triple check for damages, whether all stones are in place and pack it. All the pictures showcased are original photos without any filter.

- If product is damaged, to avail the refund customer has to provide opening video ship the item back within 3 days of delivery. we don’t provide reverse pick up. Upon receiving the product back, we initiate the refund.
